A full refund is only available before our writers or editors start work on the project. Once a customer has approved multiple sets of revisions, a refund will no longer be available.

Incompetent Delivery

Late Delivery

Although we strive for "On Time Delivery," if we do not deliver the requested service on time and you have contacted us at least three times, you may be eligible for a refund. This will be provided once we have clear evidence that the delay was caused by us.
