We offer a 100% refund on all services, but this is subject to certain conditions.
Conditions That Void the Refund Policy:

- ✔ Revisions beyond the initial concepts have been requested.
- ✔ The customer has been unresponsive for more than two weeks without notice.
- ✔ The project has been paused at the customer's request.
- ✔ There has been a breach of our company policies or specific terms.
- ✔ The creative brief provided by the customer is incomplete.
- ✔ The business is closing or changing its name or operations.
- ✔ Refunds are not provided for reasons such as a change of mind, disagreements with a partner, or other reasons unrelated to the service provided.
- ✔ A full refund is only available before our writers or editors start work on the project. Once a customer has approved multiple sets of revisions, a refund will no longer be available.

Incompetent DeliveryIf the delivered work does not meet the documented requirements, customers may be eligible for a refund after all other options have been exhausted, including:
- ✔ Unlimited revisions to meet the required standards.
- ✔ Reassignment or rewriting of your work to ensure satisfaction.
- ✔ The option to reserve equivalent free pages for future use, redeemable at any time.
- ✔ If we still fail to meet the requested quality, a refund may be considered based on a mutual agreement on a specific percentage, but only if the delivery is significantly below expectations.
Late DeliveryAlthough we strive for "On Time Delivery," if we do not deliver the requested service on time and you have contacted us at least three times, you may be eligible for a refund. This will be provided once we have clear evidence that the delay was caused by us.
Refund Time FrameRefund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered. Customers should be aware of this deadline when placing their orders.
Cases Where a Refund Will Not Be Issued:- ✔ Delays caused by minor technical errors (e.g., grammatical mistakes, typing errors, word count issues, missing references) will be addressed through mutual agreement, with the company offering partial refunds or discounts for future use.
- ✔ The company is not responsible for delays caused by the customer.
